<span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">Grace is a gift someone of superior position hands down to one in trust. For example, Joseph received grace from Potiphar to be in charge of his entire estate. So often when the scripture says 'God gives us
grace', it means he trusts us to steward all he's given in our charge well. </span></div>

This is different from the meaning of being 'full of grace' , which means to be someone/something valuable, delightful, or worthy of admiration. And to treat someone as such is an act of grace.</div>

Uniquely, in the bible God shows grace to both those who appear deserving and those who don't. Noah was the first man said to receive God's grace in the bible. He was a righteous man. But Jacob too, a trickster, received God's grace as well. This demonstrates
Gids grace isn't by works and can't be earned.</div>
